Luxury Escapes is an online travel company headquartered in Melbourne, Australia, that offers amazing travel experiences at great prices. With a growing presence in international markets, Luxury Escapes aims to provide the best travel experiences to its customers. Popular destinations include Maldives, Thailand, and Bali. Before BridgerPay, Luxury Escapes faced payment challenges as they didn't have enough tech resources to onboard local payment providers. This led to payments-related tasks being placed in the backlog and competing with other priorities. With BridgerPay, the company has integrated with multiple Payment Service Providers (PSPs) in different markets, including Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, UK, and US, with other markets planned.

Payment options and convenience are two key factors when winning new and recurring customers. BridgerPay, together with Shopback and Zalora, made a great success story possible, with the leading fashion and lifestyle retailer in Southeast Asia being able to launch a BNPL option in just under two weeks. The results were increased revenue, fewer tech resources used, and a better overall customer experience that benefits everyone - customers and the merchant. BridgerPay won a HUB71 challenge. BridgerPay presented a proof of concept (POC) to solve the challenges Etihad is facing with the orchestration of digital payments. The POC was completed with success beyond expectations. Now Etihad is about to launch BridgerPay’s orchestration layer across its whole employee ticketing platform.
