Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with customers to facilitate seamless integration of their systems with our platform.

  • Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand customer requirements and provide appropriate integration solutions.

  • Guide customers through the onboarding process, ensuring smooth adoption of our platform.

  • Troubleshoot integration and configuration issues, addressing technical challenges related to plugins, CRM systems, and microservices platforms.

  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and resolve complex integration issues effectively.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive integration documentation, including guides, FAQs, and troubleshooting resources.

  • Collaborate with development team by creating detailed tasks and providing code-level understanding to ensure accurate implementation.

  • Test pre-released and released development tickets to ensure they meet integration requirements and standards.

  • Configure and maintain integration environments to facilitate smooth testing and deployment processes.

  • Conduct rigorous API testing to ensure functionality, performance, and security.

  • Continuously improve and automate the integration process, leveraging tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and scalability.

Required Skills:

  • Solid understanding of HTML 5 and web technologies.

  • Proficiency in CRM systems.

  • Previous experience in fintech or related industries is highly desirable.

  • Strong technical support experience, with a track record of troubleshooting and resolving integration issues.

  • Technical expertise in payment services is preferred.

  • Familiarity with TCP/IP protocols and network configurations is a plus.

  • Experience with e-commerce platforms like Woocommerce, Magento, and Prestashop is advantageous.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Computer Science or Information Technology, is preferred.

  • Relevant certifications are a plus.

Soft Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and cross-functional teams.

  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset.

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and integration methods.
