IT Project Manager

BridgerPay allows any business to connect their website to a PCI Level-1 end-to-end payment operations platform with 500+ ready-made connections. Merchants are thus able to leverage multiple payment providers, a centralized admin, and powerful reports to reach new markets, lower their processing fees, and rescue declined transactions in real-time. We are looking for a professional IT Project Manager to lead all procedures and projects of our Onboarding Department.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Onboarding process E2E (end-to-end) review, automation and improvement of the department 
  • Effective management of team resources and workload balancing
  • Cross-teams scope dependencies management (e.g., Sales, Success, Developers)
  • Team backlog collection and priorities management 
  • Develop, establish and implement all the processes and strategies for all technical aspect of the department 
  • Analyze, plan and develop requirements and standards in reference to scheduled projects
  • Assign and oversee the daily tasks of the team to ensure milestone will be overcome and KPIs met 
  • Assign and oversee the daily tasks of technical personnel while ensuring all subordinates are actively working toward established milestones


  • Proven work experience as IT Manager or similar role for at least a year – SaaS or Fintech sector experience is a plus 
  • Ability to work under pressure with strict deadlines

Qualifications – plus to have:

Degree in a relevant field like (Business/Project management/ Finance/ information technology)  



The role is applicable only at the Limassol (Cyprus) office. Relocation package is available
