We are looking to grow our marketing team with an exceptional Performance Marketing Manager. You will make an impact through the end-to-end execution of our multi-channel acquisition. If you’re proactive and not fazed by large budgets - this one is for you. In your day-to-day, you’ll be managing campaigns across various channels from inception to execution. Along the way, you’ll meticulously fine-tune and optimize performance, provide analysis, and develop action plans to capitalize on new opportunities.


  • Work with management to define performance marketing strategies to support the company’s overall strategies, objectives and KPIs
  • Design, build & run the user acquisition campaigns across regions, platforms, and audiences
  • Constantly test designs, offers, content, and user experience to drive conversions
  • Optimize CAC and remarketing channels ROI to increase and retain relevant websites traffic
  • Coordinate and execute “go-to-market” plans partnering closely with other marketing functions
  • Measure and optimize landing pages while implementing tracking solutions to ensure all channels work well together
  • Conduct research on new and emerging digital techniques and partnerships
  • Work with all departments such as sales, product, development and BI to ensure optimal operation and data-driven results
  • Collaborate closely with fellow team- member in marketing to drive a cohesive vision, message, and user experience



  • Experience with managing global, large-scale B2B campaigns 
  • 2+ years of experience in PPC focused on Google, Facebook, LinkedIn and other ecosystems (with budgets of $1million+)
  • Expert-level understanding of paid campaigns practices and strategies, in the context of performance marketing
  • Fluent in English 
  • Highly analytical and skilled in using various marketing analytics tools
  • Strong sense of ownership and comfortable within an ever-changing environment
  • Ability to think strategically about complex issues and develop action plans accordingly
  • Adept at multitasking and handling multiple projects simultaneously under strict deadlines
  • Experience with Outbrain/Taboola/SimilarWeb is an advantage
