The Professional Services group at BRIDGER addresses our customers' end-to-end technical needs, from pre-sales and integration assistance to post-sales support and analytics. You’ll be part of our dedicated and dynamic team collaborating with other teams across the company, including Engineering, Infrastructure, Product Management, Sales, and Accounts.

  • Experience in customer support, ideally, but not limited to the banking or corporate services industry
  • Proven track record of offering excellent customer support
  • Driven and self-motivated to reach targets
  • Ability to work independently, and possess strong organizational, time management and communication skills
  • Customer service-oriented, professional and resourceful
  • Proven ability to tactfully handle customer inquiries and negotiations
  • Past experience working with CRM systems and/or in-house software programs
  • Knowledge of English is a must and Russian as a plus
