PSP Relations Manager

Bridger Pay is looking to hire a PSP Relations Manager who can help maintain and grow our relationships with Payment Service Providers. You will have the opportunity to work side-by-side with our Success Team, find the best possible solutions for our clients, and communicate regularly with industry leaders.

Job Description

  • Managing from A to Z, communicating and Testing / Liaising with RnD
  • Working on complex payment structures
  • Searching for New payment providers according to merchants needs
  • Monitoring / Analysis of payments on the business level
  • Contract Negotiations with International PSPs
  • Review and monitoring of the PSP performance
  • Maintaining and creating compliance requirements


  • Excellent organisational skills, be capable of multitasking effectively and 
  • Mandatory 1 - 2 years previous experience in payments management/ development role
  • Good knowledge of and Previous job experience in online payments and related field 
  • Open to creative solutions & business innovation; a team player
  • Strong verbal and communication skills
  • Keep active the vision of the project and focus efforts on completing these projects
  • Project Management related approach on working attitude
  • English - At mother tongue level
